John Eldred
INSPECTOR/ OWNER
John has many decades of building experience. He completed his Bricklaying and Stone Masonry Apprenticeship and Builders Clerk of Works from 1970 to 1976 in the UK before migrating to Australia in 1977, and since then has been involved in all aspects of construction.
These include building maintenance services, waterproofing, concrete repairs, bricklaying, spec home construction and everything in between. John is a registered builder in NSW and QLD, and is a Director of All Building Inspections. He also heads up Eldred Construction Services Pty Ltd and Eldred Waterproofing.
Rachel
IN THE OFFICE
Rachel has been a resident of Cairns for a decade. After raising her two daughters, who are now both attending school, she has re-entered the workforce. Currently, Rachel is a valued member of the administrative team and holds the position of office manager.
Her professional background includes experience in real estate, retail, and a prior role as an office manager at a local gym.
During weekends, Rachel and her family take pleasure in visiting parks, going on hikes, and savoring the breathtaking scenery that Cairns has to offer.
